A crew of four can coat a 10,000 square foot floor in no more than an hour and a half. One person mixes, one pours, and two roll.
Videos and step-by-step instructions- 1Abrade the old finishDull the surface with 80 grit screens or sandpaper under a rotary floor polisher.
- 2Remove the dustVacuum, then tack the floor with a damp towel until it is clean and dust free.
- 3Strain the finishPour Roll-On through a fine mesh strainer into a two gallon sprinkling can.
- 4Pour across the widthWalk backwards at a normal pace and pour in a steady zigzag pattern.
- 5Roll with light pressureUse five to six foot strokes and overlap each pass 3 to 4 inches.
- 6Clean up and ventilateClean tools with mineral spirits. Start ventilating the building 4 hours after you finish.
